1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, joining the affiliate program, or otherwise using in2sight (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may require you to accept additional terms for specific features, and those terms form part of this agreement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to participate. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction and that any information you provide to us is accurate, current and complete.
3. The affiliate / reseller relationship
in2sight is a sales-partner platform. As an affiliate, you market and close done-for-you digital services that in2sight manages and delivers after the sale. Your relationship with in2sight is that of an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint-venture, franchise or agency relationship between you and in2sight or RocketOpp LLC.
- • You are not an employee and are not entitled to employee benefits, withholding, or tax remittance by us.
- • You are solely responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and any business licenses you may require.
- • You have no authority to bind in2sight or make representations on our behalf beyond approved marketing materials.
4. Service delivery and fulfillment
in2sight manages and delivers the underlying services after the affiliate closes the sale. We control the scope, methods, scheduling and quality of fulfillment. We may use sub-processors and third-party vendors to deliver services. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, ranking, traffic, revenue or result from the services delivered.
5. Commissions, overrides & Stripe Connect
The program is free to join. When a client you refer pays for a recurring service, you earn a 15% monthly residual commission on that client’s qualifying payments for as long as the client remains active and in good standing. Affiliates who recruit sub-affiliates earn an additional 10% override on the qualifying commissions generated by their sub-affiliates.
- • Commission rates apply to net amounts actually collected, after refunds, chargebacks, taxes and processing fees.
- • Commissions are not earned on cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or disputed transactions, and we may claw back amounts already paid in those cases.
- • We may modify commission and override rates prospectively on notice. Changes do not affect commissions already accrued.
6. Payouts & payment terms
Commissions and overrides are paid through Stripe Connect. To receive payouts you must connect and maintain a valid Stripe account and complete Stripe’s identity, banking and verification requirements. Your use of Stripe is governed by the applicable Stripe agreements, and Stripe’s terms, holds, reserves and timing apply to your payouts.
- • Payouts are issued on a recurring schedule after the corresponding client payment has cleared and any refund window has passed.
- • A minimum payout threshold and processing delays may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by Stripe or your financial institution.
- • You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details. We are not liable for funds misdirected due to incorrect information you provide.
7. Client billing
Client payments for services are processed through Stripe. You may not collect client payments off-platform in a way designed to circumvent commission tracking, nor misrepresent pricing, terms or the nature of the services to clients.
8. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- • Engage in spam, deceptive advertising, false claims, or unsolicited bulk outreach that violates applicable law (including CAN-SPAM, TCPA and similar).
- • Misrepresent in2sight, the services, pricing, earnings or your relationship with us.
- • Use bots, fake leads, incentivized traffic, cookie stuffing, or any method that artificially inflates referrals or commissions.
- • Infringe intellectual property, harass others, or engage in unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.
- • Bid on our trademarks in paid search or impersonate in2sight without written permission.
9. Zero-tolerance: fake & “blind” appointments
in2sight maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy on fake, fabricated, or “blind” appointments. Booking or submitting an appointment where the prospect is not a real person, is not aware they have been booked, did not consent, or is not genuinely interested in the service is a material breach of this agreement.
Any such conduct is grounds for immediate termination of the partnership and forfeiture of all pending and unpaid commissions and overrides, without notice. We may also claw back commissions previously paid on appointments or clients later found to be fake, non-consensual or fraudulent, and pursue any other remedies available to us.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for any breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or conduct that harms in2sight, our clients or our brand. On termination for cause, unpaid commissions may be forfeited. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including indemnification, limitation of liability and governing law) survive.
11. Intellectual property & brand usage
in2sight and RocketOpp LLC retain all rights to our names, logos, trademarks, content, software and materials. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use only the marketing assets we expressly approve, solely to promote the services, and in line with any brand guidelines we provide. You may not modify our marks or create derivative materials without written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
12. No income guarantees
in2sight makes no guarantee of income or results. Any earnings figures, examples or illustrations are for demonstration only and are not promises of what you will earn. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, market conditions and many factors outside our control. See our Disclaimers.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in2sight and RocketOpp LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless in2sight, RocketOpp LLC and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your marketing practices, your misrepresentations, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Pennsylvania], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that state for any dispute that is not subject to other agreed dispute-resolution terms.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
